No. You create the pack yourself with the @Stickers bot; it takes a few minutes. Our guide walks through it.

Are the stickers animated?

No. They are still PNG stickers.

Cats, dogs, rabbits, birds and other animals with a clear face. Pets and other animals only: photos of people, including yourself, are not accepted.
