What we collect

Your email address (to send your result link and one-time codes for finding your purchases again, or to sign you in where a site has accounts; receipts come from Waffo), the photos and any prompts you submit, the outputs we generate for you, your purchases (and, where a site sells credits, your credit balance), and technical data such as IP address (kept only as a keyed hash for abuse limits and free-preview limits), browser type and the page that referred you.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Waffo, the merchant of record for all our orders. Waffo is the seller of record: it processes the payment, charges and remits sales tax or VAT, issues the invoice or receipt, and handles payment questions and refund payouts.

We do not receive or store your card details. Waffo shares with us what we need to deliver your order: your email, the product and the amount.

How we use it

To provide the service and deliver your purchases, prevent abuse and fraud, comply with law, and improve the product. Your photos and the generation prompt are sent to the AI provider that performs the generation and, for safety screening, the prompt text is checked by our payment partner’s content-safety service. We do not sell your personal data and do not use your photos to train models.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics, and Google Analytics where enabled) to count visits. These do not receive your email, prompts or photos.

Storage and retention

Data is stored with Cloudflare. Uploaded photos and generated outputs are kept privately and shown only through private or expiring links.

The photo you upload for a free preview is deleted about two days after upload if you do not buy; the photo of an order that is not paid is also deleted after about two days. The photo of a paid order is kept for seven days after the order, so the free re-roll can generate a style again, and is then deleted. Your generated stickers and download files stay available on your result link; write to support@aipetstickers.com to have them deleted earlier. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
